Hello Family and Friends,
 
I am so very proud to share Dana's most recent accomplishment with you because I am so very proud of how God continues to bless us and it shows through what she is doing with her life!

During her Sophomore year, Dana recognized a need for an organization that would be led by the students of Texas Woman's University (TWU) to raise additional funds for student scholarships.  After much research, hard work, sweat and sometimes tears, she was granted permission to start the "Student Foundation" in 2007.  As the organization's founding President, she has been focused on establishing the infrastructure, marketing and growing the organization to increase its membership size and TWU's student awareness.  This year, she added a "co-founder" to help with the administrative tasks and to begin acclimating another person into a role that she will relinquish when she graduates in May, 2010.
